I'm wondering about the quality of the current supply of BERSA THUNDER .380 pistols in the Phil Market, went down? or improved further. Ive ordered the DuoTone model some months ago, unfortunately its out of stock and bought a 9mm instead but my sis want something smaller and lighter. Any idea.

I know of at least 7 others looking for the very same pistol.
The well is dry, I'm afraid.

    AFAICT, P.B.Dionisio has none left
    Hahn has none
    Starfire has none
    Straight Shooter has none
    Force Sight has none
Secure Arms I think had the last one. HAD.

Even the US-market supply of Thunder 380's is tightening up some.
BERSA in Ramos Mejia already has two new versions of the BERSA Thunder 380: the compact 'Concealed Carry' Model, and the new-look
Thunder 380, with frontstrap finger contours already milled/molded
    into the steel frme.

P.B. Dionisio is the official Philippine distributor
for BERSA, and if they can't replenish their stock...
(well, they're the local distributor for CZ as well, and AFAICT
they haven't gotten around to restocking on those either.)

With the peso stronger, maybe this is when they should be importing,
unless they're attempting to pick the bottom of the exchange rate
    drift.

Maybe what we can do is convince PBDionisio that there are ready and willing buyers of Bersa and are willing to post an order from them.

If we have 8 ready buyers maybe that would entice PB to speed up their order taking.

    Sir Horge,

I finally got my Bersa Thunder 380 which I ordered last Dec 20, it was release last Feb 4. It took PB more than month to process. This is I think due to the Dec break and the busy sked for the Gun show last Jan.

    Best regards,

    MDAP713

    TYVM MDAP713, but...

Out of stock again after the gunshow. Actually I'd already paid the deposit the last time i ordered it but 3 mos had passed, still out of stock with no assurance when they are coming, offered a 9mm. Bought it out of desperation.

Well, I just dont know this time how soon they can replenish the supply. Pls keep us posted.

I tried talking to the folks at PBD again, and depending on
who's (mis)informed, new Bersa Thunder 380's have been ordered
and should be on their shelves

    -next month
    -two months from now
    -three months from now

Add another month to that for paperwork from time of purchase
and the wait (if one is so inclined to wait) is all a bit much.
