The only problem is that she wasn't able to understand what he said to her until someone told her what the word "elude" meant.

Too bad they don't do lobotomies any more. She could definitely benefit from that procedure.

Hancock Park, actually. Which is not Beverly hills but it isn't "The Hood" either, as most parts of Water's district are.

    From Wikipedia:

Hancock Park is a historic residential neighborhood in the central region of Los Angeles, California. Developed in the 1920s, the neighborhood features architecturally distinctive residences, many of which were constructed in the early 20th century.

The neighborhood is low density, with a 70.7% white, highly educated, older-aged population of 10,600+ people. There are four private and two public schools in the area.

Many residences of consuls general are within Hancock Park.

Since 1957, the residence of the Los Angeles British Consuls-General has been in a home designed by the renowned architect Wallace Neff and completed in 1928. The residence is at the Hancock Park address of 450 S. June St., Los Angeles, CA 90004, and backs the Wilshire Country Club. The residence was where Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge stayed in July 2011 on their first visit to the United States after their wedding.

Notable people who live or have lived in Hancock Park

    Antonio Banderas actor
    Nat King Cole, singer
    Natalie Cole, singer
    Melanie Griffith, actress
Leonard Hill, television executive and real estate developer

Before the last major riot, I took my son down to see Watts Towers. I related to him that the area was worse than many third world countries. I pointed to the cars illegally parked on the lawns, the trash in the streets. The area had a city councilperson, a county supervisor. However, they were more interested in power than working on behalf of the constituents. I also noted that a resident who would pick up the trash where he or she rented was also a person who would move as soon as possible. Indigents do land in her district and when they are able to move out, they do.

She doesn't live in her district. What's interesting is, she is on her third district, all different. I am amazed she is voted in every year. The 43rd district is Ethnicity: 15.1% White; 23.6% Black; 12.6% Asian; 46.0% Hispanic; 2.7% other. I am guessing that many in the Hispanic population are illegal and/or don't vote. They could easily vote her out of office based on
population. Below is her district and her current residence. The house is Titled under her husband per an article I read. I guess he played in the NFL. The article was attempting to defend Waters and say he purchased the home by himself.

A perfect example of why racism still exists in America.
