I was wondering if anyone knew how long after the born on date is beer usually stocked on store shelves? Specifically Anheuser-Busch.

When I worked in a liquor store it was usually 1-2 weeks, but there's a Budweiser bottling facility in my town.

Its been a while, but as I recall they are normally stocked 1-3 weeks after the born on date. I am guessing that is becuase it is a rapid selling beer. Most others probably hang around a little longer depending on demand.

I think 110 days is the "best if used by" company speak. So maybe, back off 30 days to rotate the beer off the shelf? That gives 80 days to bottle and sell the product. I could ask someone who works for them next time I get over that way.

Used to be considered good up to 110 days after born on date and they will leave it on shelves that long. I think with the InBev buyout that got extended though... not 100 percent sure anymore.
