No thank you. Motorcycles scare me. BF's surfing buddy has been trying to take me for a ride on his but I won't do it.

Should be in the High70's, or Low 80's today, with lots of Sunshine, and light Breezes.
Hannie, I could take you for a nice quiet sedate ride, my bike is big and quiet easy, soft riding. Stay in low traffic areas.
My Grand Daughter has ridden with me since she was big enough to hold on. I would tell her to hold on to my belt with at least one hand all the time.
That way I could feel her hand at all times.
It has a Touring Box on the back with a cushion to lean on, so you feel supported all the time.
I would try my best to have you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. Putting a Girl on my Bike and scaring the Crap out of her is no fun to me. I want to gain her trust and let her Enjoy the ride. Just like teaching a Girl to shoot Guns. You have to gain her trust first.

Thank you sweetie, I'm sure you would be very careful. But it's not you, it's the other idiots on the road I'm worried about.

BF's buddy (the PJ) has practically been begging me to ride on his. Not going to happen.

I'd be less afraid of the sharks. But I still ride my scoot. ;)

No problem Hannie, some people just don't like to ride.
I have seen too many Sharks to get in the water with them.
That is one of the things I like about moving to South Carolina, Not nearly as many vehicles on the road. Plenty of Hills, and Curves. Only hills around here are overpasses on the interstate, or the Garbage Dump, and very few curves.
We are getting Packed. Start to load The Truck Sunday Morning. Should Pull Out Monday Morning.

It's not the shark you see that is dangerous, it's the one you don't see.

Your odds of getting killed in a car accident on the way to the beach are much higher than getting bit by a shark.

I just don't like to swim in the ocean
I don't even Fish any more sold my boat.
I used to fish in the Gulf of Mexico, and the Bays around Galveston, Texas.
I was raised fishing all summer. after My Dad Died I haven't fished any at all. We spent a lot of time fishing together.
Without him all the fun was gone from fishing.
After My Wife and I moved down here I got a Metal Detector, and spent a lot of time on the Beech I haven't done that any more in a while either. I may try my Luck with the Metal Detector in SC. May be some old Plantations around or Old Battle Fields.

LOL! Even when all the traffic was going the same direction and no one was entering the fracas motorcycling is not for the feint of heart.
I raced motorcycles in Endoro and flat track, and I have the limp to prove it.
As far as riding on a public roadway NFW!

Ok Hannie, no more offers to take you Ridding, We have completed our move to South Carolina.
We got here about 9:pm Monday night.
Got up Monday Morning in Stuart, a little cool, put on a long sleeve shirt was comfortable went to work Loading one car on Tow Dolly, Motorcycle, on Trailer, everything Hooked up, and Full, shut house Took off about 10:am. Had to trade long sleeve, for short sleeve before we left.
First stop for Gas, had to put long sleeve back on, and looked for a jacket. Next stop had to put jacket on. When we got here, we just parked everything grabbed an over night bag and got into warm house.
Next morning Got up went out to get Motorcycle off trailer, and into Garage, It was all Frosted Over. I said I'm not going to sit on that. Started it up to warm up, and untied straps, then went in for a bath towel. Wiped off the frost, and rolled it off the trailer, while Daughter went to open Garage door, I went for a short ride to the turn around, that was cold too.
Got car off tow dolly, took it to U-Haul, come back for trailer.
By then Guys had shown up to start unloading stuff to leave here, then we went to storage to unload the rest.
By that time we were ready for dinner, and bed.
Got up this morning a little late, all of slept in a little while.
Got to moving furniture and stuff like My Wife wanted it, with help from Daughter and Grand Daughter.
Now we have a place to stay till the New place gets completed.
I'll keep in touch, I'm just as close as I was when I lived in Florida. Rusty

    Where in SC?

It was 22° when I got off the plane in Atlanta yesterday morning. I was wearing boots, jeans, leg warmers, flannel shirt, hoodie, mink jacket, hat, and gloves and I was still freezing.
    Brrrr!
