Trying to get my private gun club to possible host GSSF matches in the future but they are concerned because we only have 2 available bays. Not sure how accurate that information is. How many bays are needed to be able to host a match?

none, but you need space to safely set up the 3 different stages

I decided to join a local gun club today that hosts USPSA and bullseye matches myself. I am also hoping to get them to host a GSSF match but I haven't the foggiest idea of how to do it.

The Morganton match doesn't use bays. That is basically a "bowl", around the bottom of which they have the stages setup, using the natural walls as the backstops. It's a big bowl, perhaps 100 yards in diameter at the bottom.
