Dog is old, not well, and sleeps a lot.

Read the link. The dog is very old and arthritic, but trust his master so much he will fall asleep in his arms in the water. Touching story.

    Good story.
Dogs give nothing but unconditional love. When they pass, may they all find their way to The Bridge.

It's good to see love being shared between family members.

    God Bless Him.

I took my pooch to the lake today.
He didn't care for the water as much as the people/pets there.
He was the clown for all [IMG]

    Beautiful pic....

We got a York Terrier a year ago, and introduced her to fishing, and also swimming this year....she still thinks she can walk on water.

    Outsir...

It's tough to watch our furry friends grow older so much quicker than us.

I like dogs. When I meet a new dog I assume it is friendly and not psychotic. I am seldom disappointed.

I saw a video on this somewhere, maybe here? I forget. But yeah a great story about a guy & his dog. Both my dogs are going deaf. One I have to full out yell for her to hear me, and my other one I speak louder - we just laugh because its all we can do. It will be a huge hole in our lives when they go.

dont forget that the average temp in Lake Superior is 50 degrees. So he is cold just to let his buddy get some relief. I hope I am that good to me guys when they get up there.
there's a video that goes along with the story that is very nice.
