baked chicken

    Ok, so I have a whole 4.24 lb chicken that I am looking to either cook on the grill tommrow or bake in the oven. Any ideas?

    Grill it the "Tipsy" or "Drunken" chicken method. Stick it on a half can of beer and grill away. Rub it down with a good dry rub before hand.

    Grill it! Pull the skin from the body then place seasoned butter such as garlic butter or whatever you like, then season the skinwith something such as lemon pepper or other seasonings that you like. Cook directly on the grill over medium indirect heat until the juices run clear. Simple and easy.
