I guess because I wondered if anyone else experienced anything similar.

And because of my lack of experience with them, I guess I'm worried about not getting my 1st payment back. Ok, so now I'm a bad guy for smearing their name without giving them a chance to fix their booboo, did I jump the gun???

Hit the edit button and then do the edit.

Edit: All you can normally do is delete the text in the post.

Couldn't see an option to delete entire thread, did the next best thing.

You're not a bad guy, but every company has those less than bright people that work for them so you should try and work it out before you start panicking on a site they are a trusted vendor on. People on this site can be very touchy about the vendors and products they like. I bet if you call them you could work it out.
