I traded my G19 gen3 for a Springfield Commander because I just had to.
I traded that for a 5906 because I hate taking Commander size 1911s down and didn't realize the 5906 ain't much better.
Now I'm trading the Smith for a Gen2 G19, last time I'm getting rid of a Glock. :embarassed:

    I hear ya!
Just sold off a nice S&W revolver...in order to pay for my new G26 Gen4.

I sold off a G27 that was my favorite carry weapon...and regretted it!

Picking up the new G26 soon, and just ordered a new Comptac Minotaur holster for it.

    Glock!

This weekend I'll be trading one of my Sig 2022 for a G27. My Glock family just keep growing.

Nothing compares to G, except I still prefer the 1911 when it comes to .45ACP.

    I've got seven handguns.
But my favorite carry gun is my G27.
I just haven't settled on whether to run 9mm, 357 Sig or 40 - LOL!

45 for me means Sig Sauer
(but it's a bit big for carry - LOL!)

Sounds like you shouldn't own anything more complicated than a pipe wrench.
Real Men know how to take down 'commander size' 1911s.

Congrats on the Gen 2 19! I just bought one online this past weekend and am impatiently waiting for it to arrive.

Like you, I've sold Glocks to purchase other guns, but I keep coming back to Glock.

I don't worry about scratching my Glocks when I take them down, but I sweat bullets when I take down my Colt 70 series. MUST NOT SCRATCH!

Bah! I have 2 P220's and my G30 carries more and conceals better. The trigger is smoother and the recoil is more manageable due to the grip being closer to the bore axis.

Thanks for the pic. Now I know exactly what frame I want in my G3, 19. I've been dremeling for some time now and still don't have what I wanted. A G-2 Frame all that time. I'll just need to round the nose off the trigger guard. Thanks - I'm off to gunbroker.com

I've got a small but nice collection of Smith&Wesson revolvers. I carry a Glock.

    I carry a G27.
But smoother trigger and more manageable recoil?
    I guess opinions vary...

I regret selling my G33. I want another one soooooo bad. **** was boss. I do like my 26 though. Its a pretty sweet gun. I'm just torn between a 27 or 33. Even though I reload, ammo availability is still a big factor for me. I like being able to buy ammo in a pinch if need be. I haven't bought store ammo in awhile though unless it was gold dots :)

I did some sanding on my 3rd gen frame. Those finger grooves just don't work for everyone.
