Well I took my new G36 to the range today. As much as I didn't want to like a glock, I have to admit it is really a great shooter. Ran about 100 rds. of WWB threw it without any problems. It's a keeper !

Welcome to the Slim Side! I love mine and it is a keeper for sure! Actually, I love all my Glocks, but my 36 is my loyal companion. Congratulations! :wavey:

Thin for the win! I love my OD G36, but I am impatiently awaiting the Gen 4 36.

The grip on my G36 is fine; however, it would be super with the Gen 4 grip. I will be all over a G36 Gen 4 if and when they come out with one, or even an "SF" would do the trick for me.

The 36 will have to wait. My wife doesn't know about the new EMP 9mm, yet. :whistling:

Good going. Every time I shoot my 36 at the range I like it even more

    It's very grin-inducing :)

I got my G36 back from Cold Bore Custom this past week. I had the frame modified and the hump removed. A trigger guard trim was done as well.

Just got my other add-ins today. SS guide rod, 3.5 lb connector, extension slide lever, and a LW barrrel. I also added both Pearce grip extension +0 and +1 on several mags.

Ahh, this baby's got the grip of a 1911. Going to the range this week. I will get a range report with the new mods.

    I will post pics tomorrow.

Sigh. Reading all these reviews is going to make me get a G36 for my next GSSF purchase in June.

Mine is an OD green version with night sights and an extended slide stop release. And the +0 base plate, of course - the pinky needs a home.

I've been carrying this G36 every day that I'm in the US for nearly four years now. It's so much gun in so little space.

I recently had Lane do a G22 for me, and it came out great. If I ever get a G36 it'll go out to him as well.

Congrats on the new 36! I'll have mine in my grubby little hands in a couple of weeks. Pretty sure it'll replace my G19 as my edc. My buddy was nice enough to send me a pic to drool over until we do the deal...
