Going by the fore-end shape, and what appears to be either an Elbit Falcon or Galilean optic (could be mistaken on that one, the Trijicon Reflex looks a lot like that too) it's an Israeli Military Industries Tavor, the "future rifle of the IDF" (they're taking their time switching over.......not cheap).

5.56mm, uses the M16 mag and from what I remember with one of the dot optics the sight turned on when you flipped the safety to fire (not sure if that made it into "production" or just "we want this to work" stage).
