I love to cook and this is one of my favorite recipes! I usually serve it with fresh steamed green beens or Uncle Ben's Mexican Fiesta Rice. Give it a try if you like salmon, you won't be sorry! 1 ½ pounds salmon fillets ½ tsp. Lemon pepper ¼ tsp. Garlic powder salt to taste 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup water ¼ cup vegetable oil Sprinkle fillets to taste with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and oil. Place fish in a sealable plastic bag; pour sauce mixture over fish. Marinate at least 2 hours (best if overnight). Grill salmon over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
