If you ever get the opportunity, I highly recommend training under Tom Givens. I took the 3 day Instructor Development Course a couple years ago and was very impressed with Tom's expertise and experience. He is a great teacher and is able to present the material in a logical and easy to understand manner. He is a taskmaster and you won't waste a minute's time. As a bonus you get to meet his lovely and gracious wife, Lynn - a knowledgeable instructor in her own right.
