    I had the distinct pleasure of knowing and working with this incredible man in the 1970's and 80's.
    The articles do not mention that he wore the badge of an Atlanta Police Major (honorary), but from the stories you can tell he was right there in the thick of it with us in blue.

    Arthur M. Kaplan, truely a remarkable man who made a difference in the community he served.
