I think I read that right - was looking through some of the low-carb recipies on the cite recommended to me in one of my other current FF threads and found a couple that use Atkins "base mix" (I think that's what they called it).

Anyway, not having done Atkins nor shopped for products re same, I assume this is something already prepared that you get at the store, not unlike buying Bisquick or somesuch? Is it hard to find or probably still widely available, despite the reported decline in 'Atkins'ing'? What's in it, and can it be duplicated at home?
    Thanks!

    Bake mix?

I have never looked for it. I have heard of it but I didn't "buy" into the low carb stuff. I do low carb without all the speciality products so I don't know how good/bad it is.
