    I wonder how he came across the weapon. Must be a reasonable explanation....

    He must be a good guy, he had a concealed weapons permit! :tongueout:

    that's gonna be a costly (time and money) penalty. not only stolen but he has a class 3 weapon (story said 'automatic' and suppressors) presumably without atf paperwork.

    What I'd be interested to know is who will be charged for the actual theft of the weapon. It is most probable that he knows and the prosecutors will offer a plea.
