i recently read a two year old thread in which larry vickers slammed on the g21 for having an easily breakable extractor and am wondering if this is still an issue.

can anyone tell me what gen g21 he was referring to?

As Butch said, it has never been an issue in any caliber Glock. My 1996 G19 has 68,000+ rounds on it's original extractor. My 1988 G17L probably has just as many rounds on it.

Don't know where Mr. Vickers got his opinion from, but his article about the G21 reliability really did not do his credibility any good.

99% of the people on this forum couldn't carry Larry Vicker's jock strap.

It's amusing how people take shots at his credibility. He's forgotten more about gunfighting that most here will ever know.
