Are the Glock +2 magazine extensions reliable?

    I heard the Scherer and Pearce extensions can fall off.

    I've not had good luck with the Scherer extensions but the Pearce products have worked well for me on 26's and 19's. I use the Glock brand extensions on my 22's and 17's. Over many years and thousands of rounds I've never had an issue with either the Glock or Pearce products.

    I've got Glock's +2's on all my mags, not a single issue.

    i have all 3, the pearce extension son my g27 mags have had no issues, the scherer extensions are pure ****, had one fly right the **** off a mag at the range, dumping the entire load on the bench and spring and base went everywhere, the glock has also had no issues.
