Okay, watching some commercials for some popular chain restaurants I can't help but wonder about some new food items added to theirs menus and what is the reason for this? Both Red Lobster and Longhorn's now offer odd Mac N' Cheese concoctions and O'Charlie's offers Nashville style hot chicken. Even my girl who has lived in the hood noticed this,btw. Do you think this is because of demographic changes? Or is this because many foods have been normalized by food programs?
