Are new Glock models like new cars?

When you see new cars/trucks 1st year of the full model change, some people tend to wait & see the OEM works through some problems. Some do not have any issues (they get R&D done right, get lucky, or worked out on previoualy released vehicle with the same plattform).

    How is it with Glock?

    I've been waiting for Gen4 G30 & G33. I have a Gen3 G30 so Gen4 G30 can wait but very tempting to get a Gen4 G33.
If I get a Gen4 G33 soon, there will be enough time to feed some round to be ready for EDC by Spring.

I've seem some members here having some issues with Gen4 9mm and Gen4 21.

I am having a wishfull thinking that it has been a while since Gen4 subcompacts (9mm &.40) were releases, so G33 should be fine.

    How do you think?

Most of the Gen4 issues deal with the 9mm models. I have a Gen4 23 and love it. Buy with confidence. :)

I just got a Gen4 G32, but I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. I have been carrying a Gen4 G27 with a G33 barrel & mag, and a G31 mag for back up. My G27 has been 100% reliable shooting Gold Dot #54234 six petal 357 Sig, and more accurate than the 40.
