I do as well it's easy to find in the dark it also does not seem to have the common problem the other cords of loosening up connections so you have to buy new cords

Isn't USB-C supposed to have the same advantages?

Nice that they're actually building to a standard and their new phones can plug into their new computers again.

USB-C is also like that. You can plug it in either way.

All my other USB based chargers wear out at the contacts.

Now they just need to fix the fact the lightning cables break below the connector.

On my third Apple with a lightning, and none have developed any connection issues. Also the article says for the report to be taken with a grain of salt. Patience, Grasshopper.

I've been doing the PDA thing since the very very very early days and I have come to an important conclusion: real life is better. Set your phone down for 5 minutes and just live.

I actually feel sorry for people who cannot exist without their face buried in their phone and actually believe that it matters what some dopey person said on Facebook, because those precious minutes in this Universe are squandered, never to be recovered.

When you get a bunch more years under your belt, you will contemplate the choices you made along the way, and wonder how things might have turned out if only...

...make only happen now. There is a great big real world out there, and you only get one chance to leave your mark on it.

"It would also be a surprise, as Apple's iPhone 7 controversially moved away from another industry standard, the 3.5mm headphone jack, in favor of Lightning. With that commitment to Lightning in mind, you may want to take this little rumor with a pinch of salt."

I don't see Apple departing from the Lightning connection; it works well for them. Apple has always been different....doubt they change now. As the article pointed out, take with a grain of salt.

That's a USB-c (I have one on my Windows Phone). Most of my stuff is Micro USB, so I got a Micro USB to USB-C adapter., Keeps me to one cord and one adapter.

You know you posted this in a place very similar to Facebook and most are wondering who exactly you are preaching too right?

I wonder if you typed this on your iPad? That would only make the idiocracy even better.
