Does any company still make alternative style concealed firearms. I have seen pen guns and a gun that looks like a cell phone. Are these just prototypes or do companies still make these guns? I cannot find any websites or related info. Also are they considered AOW?

I just thought it would be cool to see whats out there.

If the gun can fire in its "concealed" shape its an AOW, if it has to be modified to have a "grip" and a traditional "trigger" not AOW.

At least as far as I under stand it.

    Example,
The pen guns that you can shoot wile it is still in a straight line, "looks like a pen" = AOW

The pen guns that you have to rotate in to an 'L' shape and the the trigger is poped out = not AOW

    IMO YMMV

Does anyone still make them. I was thinking of getting one as a novelty range item, but I cannot find them being made.

I don't think so, you can find some of the non AOW pen guns a shows but you gotta look, because well... they look like pens.
They will probably be sitting in the bottom of some guys display case, likely not remembering that he even owns the thing.
