I know SHOT is on January 21 but usually most companies preview their new offerings before the show to generate enthusiasm. Has anyone heard of what's new from Glock, besides the plastic 22lr? I have not heard anything concrete beyond a previous post on here about the G46 and a 10mm possibly but I have heard nothing further and not sure those will happen.

Hopefully Tuesday will bring some good stuff from Glock to distract from the farcical "Impeachment" horse****.

I doubt it will surface soon, but I am still expecting a Glock 42X this year.

And then the 4" version will be the Glock 49.

The other Glock I'm expecting is a 48R, a Glock 48 with an accessory rail on the dust cover.

I like the idea of a single stack 10mm Glock, and would hope they offer it in .45 Auto (8 rounds)....but I don't think we'll see either.

I'd love to see a single stack 10mm compact. Doubt it's going to happen. (I'm still disappointed with the .22LR.)

I've heard rumors of some kind of new fangled contraption in 22LR. :)

It's pretty safe to say that nothing new suggested above in earlier postings will ever be made by Glock.

That was often said in response to talk about a Glock .22 pistol.

"Ever" is a long time. I remember when people scoffed at the notion that a polymer-framed pistol could "ever" handle the recoil of the mighty 10mm cartridge.

Good points Matt. I'm sure the compact single stack 10MM is a longshot but as you point out, so was the .22LR... Ever is indeed a long time.

On my way now. Glock and Colt will be the first booths I visit at media day. Will shoot the new python and find out what’s new from Glock. I am also hoping for a single stack 10mm.

You’re referring to media day which is Monday the 20th. All the manufacturers will have their new stuff out to shoot and inspect. It’s held at the big range in Boulder City.

Personally, I’m hoping for the PCC. However, seems unlikely. Might have to pick up the Ruger this year.
