The story says it hit the floor, but odds are there's more to the tale. That's not the fault of the reporting site (IMO), but rather people just tell what they think they saw.

What's that old saying about an armed society being a polite society. This guy shot himself in the butt, apologized and left. That's pretty polite.

They will go after him for the ND for sure. They will want to make a example out of him.

Why? Because he didn't have the gun secured. The point was made that he had a round in the chamber in public. That just shows the mental intent of the writer.

The point being. Make sure you secure your firearm. End of story. Even a Cheap Uncle Mikes should have held the gun properly.

I'm guessing a derringer and no holster. That seems to be the gun for the Oops du jour.

I hope they pop him for misdemeanor criminal negligence. Some slap on the wrist fine. Then others will see it's an actual offense and if this yahoo does it again they can upgrade it to a felony.

    It's either a Glock or an AK-47.

It's one of Type O Negative's albums named "Bloody Kisses" It was released in 1994 if memory serves me correctly.

Probably the best album they ever released, which plays into my name "October Rust" which is another album from them.

It had to be an AK-47. I'm sure of it.

Definitely an assault rifle of some kind. Probably an AK47.
