I tried a search on GT and Google but found little feedback.

Today I picked up 50 rounds of 180 grain JHP 10 mm rounds for $23 at local gun show. New Starline brass advertised at 1,100 fps. Guy at show said they could load FMJ for less than the JHPs as well.

Republic is assembled locally in St. Louis and I was curious if anyone else has tried this stuff. Will take it out next week and give it a try.

Be sure to wear safety glasses and perhaps leather gloves.

Best advise is: NEVER buy hand loaded or reloaded ammo from unknowns at gun shows!

Especially 10mm and 40. The pressure spikes in those calibers with even a little deviation in powder/grain an be dangerous.

A good explanation for the 40S&W here:

    http://greent.com/40Page/ammo/40/180gr.htm

The 10mm can have similar problems with heavier grains.
