I'm wanting to start a burn foundation at our department, but I don't want to announce it to the department until I have a proposal put together. I don't want to reinvent the wheel, so I was hoping someone out there in glocktalkland has done this, or knows of someone who has that I may contact.

Specifically, I want our foundation to aid the pediatrics/adolescents in our community affected by fire and to make contributions to our local burn centers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I know a guy here in town who works with (and might have founded?) the Phoenix Foundation. I believe there might be a website out there for it. Does exactly what you are looking for.
