I've shot the round out of their M2. More umph then a .45acp but not too terrible. No experience with it in a Glock. Its relatively low pressures I dont think it would be too bad (recoil wise)...

Because of ammo production I would just stick with 10mm and/or .45acp for defensive purposes....
I'm looking forward to a range report on the 50GI myself. It sounds like an interesting platform.

Think and extra 1/20th of an inch hole will make that big a difference over .45? Why?
So where is the link to this.:dunno:

I think there will be a little bit of a difference :) :)

When I was handling them they felt huge in comparison to my 1911 chambered in .45acp...

Try to apply that same logic with the .45 crowd when it comes to 9mm vs .45.

lol...true. I'd love to be there for the show though... :)
I'm guessing the muzzle energy isn't anything to brag about.
Bigger is always better. Most woman are just trying to be kind.:whistling:

275gr at 875fps and opens up more than an inch in diameter.
i don't know anyone who can out run a bullet at 875fps.

the real question is that can they handle it?
Every round has its pros and cons. And no single round is perfect for all applications...
Darn, can't use it on my G-30, oh well, couldn't afford it anyway.:crying:
Take it for what it's worth...I have no way to verify any of this info, just food for thought.
