Saw it over the weekend. Decent flick. Good story, some bad dialog and the cast is all local folk, not "real" actors. We watched it as a family. Good time for us. But after 2/3 of the movie, I made an observation that the makers of the film probably NEVER noticed. Ever. It's just a built-in assumption they made. Here it is: Except for 10 seconds of one scene, EVERY criminal was black. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Nice job, Hot-lanta-ans. (Oh, but they did have one black cop and one legal Mexican immigrant - ) That just struck me funny. But if you are a dad, a good flick to watch and make you think of how YOU are parenting.
