Not a RZM, but I do own a vet bring back PPK, dated 1941. My father found it, in the woods, along with a Hitler Youth dagger, which I am literally holding right now. He was stationed in Berlin 1948- 1952,, IIRC. Found a pile of weapons in the woods......
I do not know a ton about these guns, but find the stories fascinating. I wish my dad was still here to ask.
Many years ago, I inherited a WWII PPK in 7.65mm with all of the markings. It has what appears to be deep red bakelite grip panels.
It is a GI bring-back, and sat in the issued holster until I received it.
All of the finish is gone, and the inside of the barrel is just "ok".
It's not in great shape, at all. I would like to know the history of the pistol, but, that'll never be told.
