I want a set of regular (non-night sight) 3 dots sights for my G23 but I cant find them anywhere, all I can find is a dozen varieties of tritium, fiber optic, or the like. I have a CTC laserguard so I really dont need or want to pay the extra $$$ for night sights but it's looking like that may be my only choice.......

Any links to advice on how to change the sights? You know, do it yourself kinda stuff, without breaking the gun :)
If using a vice, make sure to use a PADDED vice. And only tighten the vice enough to hold the slide in place, if over-tightened it can bend the slide rails inward and ruin the slide.

You'll need a 3/16 inch thin-walled hex nut driver to attach the new front sight and remove the old one. Some of the older front sights are staked on, with those you'd pull the front sight off with a pair of pliers. Once a staked-on front sight is removed it cannot be reused. Also you'll need a Glock rear sight tool, or a padded vice with mallet and brass or nylon punch. Some rear sights are aluminum, so I'd use the nylon punch unless you know a brass punch will not damage the rear sight.

Thanks for all the info! I appreciate it.
