Yeah, I think it's the third one. I don't talk to my Brother much so I don't know his family's situation but I'm thinking this is a four way love triangle or something. I noticed my Brother's daughter was arrested for obstruction too. Something stinks in Denmark.

I live 20-30 minutes right down the road from there, and go hiking frequently in that area. My guess is that dope (quite likely meth) and/or kitty kitty was/were variables in that equation. Maybe something as simple and innocuous as a good person knowing something about a bad person.
