I have an iPhone 6. It works well for what I need, but the battery is getting weak. By the end of the day it is in low-power mode, and that is with not a lot of usage during the day. I don't plan to get rid of this phone for a while if I can help it. Has anyone here had one of the Apple stores do a battery replacement? From what I have seen it doesn't look like something I would be any good at doing - it requires a bit of a delicate touch that I just don't have. What was the turnaround time? Experience with dealing with them? The other option I have considered is a battery case. I have an Otterbox Resurgance but it has gone downhill - now it can only boost the phone by about 20% - ie it can get it from 20% to 40%. There is an Apple store in Greenville that is pretty close.
