A friend of mine, and the girlfriend of the owner of the CrossFit gym I attend in St Louis, scored the 4th highest total for any woman in the world on the 15.2 workout. Her name is Kelley Jackson and she managed to rock out 409 reps.

Got through 3 rounds of the wall balls, but only a handful of double-unders completed in the 3rd round.

My legs are killing me today!

Good thing tonight's workout is.... 5x5 front squats and 10x 100M sprints. :steamed:

HSPU was my primary upper body strength exercise for 2-3 years when I was following Enamait's Never Gymless. I constructed a set of PVC bars and tried to progress by going just a hair lower each workout. It was pretty fun.

I suck at HSPU. I'm not very comfortable being inverted. At all.

Practice, practice, practice, I guess...

Well, it's all over. The girlfriend of the guy who owns the gym I go to in STL finished 99th in the world for the Open. Not too shabby.

On to regionals for her!
