I'm a 26 yr old guy who weighed 175 last year at 5'11, but I've added 10 pounds over a year. I'm really trying to drop the 10 pounds, but it's been tough. The last month or so I will lose 3-4 pounds only to see them reappear. I've been jogging the last few weeks, drinking more water and cutting calories. Bmi says I'm 7 pounds overweight and I don't want this to spiral out of control. Any tips for dropping the last 10lbs?
