Anyone else sell guns to buy Christmas presents this year? I wanted to get him a Yamaha Raptor 90 so he could ride with me. But they are expensive and I couldnt justify pulling that kinda cash out of savings. So I sold my Kimber LPT with a Leupold MK4. Hated to see it go but it went to a good cause. Its a 2010 and had pink graphics cause it belonged to a little girl. I replaced the decals, he is 7 so he will dig the Flames:)
    Here is the ATV:

LOL, I never fired the Kimber and had no use for it. So not really a big deal for me. I have a arsenal.......

You made a good choice. The enjoyment your going to have seeing the smile on your sons face is going to be well worth selling those guns. You can replace those guns down the road, but you dont get a second chance at your sons childhood. Enjoy it while you can.

I'm hoping I can sell some of my Christmas presents to buy a gun. I don't know anyone that likes me well enough to give me a present that will buy a gun, so We'll see.

I agree. He is 7 years old and he loves my ATV. He always wants to go with me when I go ride. After Christmas we can spend more time together. Its going to be fun to see him enjoy what I do. I wish I could talk mama into one too. She said she wants boobs done instead:)

I'm trading three of my safe-queens for an HK USP 9mm compact. It's my Christmas present to myself. No regrets at all since I have a good number of pistols already.

    I thought about it.

I moved some money around and got a Yamaha TTR50 (dirtbike) for my kid. It was like new and I got it from an anal-retentive friend for a mere $500. :)

Colt is gonna turn 4 on the 10th. It's gonna be his birthday present, and I can't wait to give it to him.

Congrats on your purchase! That little thing looks badass!
