Just wondering good experience or bad?
Sent from my DROID RAZR
Amazon is a well oiled machine. If what you bought ships direct from them (as opposed to a third party storefront that uses them) you will have it in record time.
Plenty of times, no complaints yet.
not only do i order from there, i work there.....
Had a bad experience buying a used textbook, but that was from a third party seller. Amazon "investigated" and refunded my money.
Had tons of good experiences, though.
Almost daily. I am a Prime customer. It's worth every penny.
I have been a prime member for about three years now. I have bought a multitude of textbooks from them as well as other items such as electric toothbrushes, electronics, etc. All of my experiences have been perfectly satisfactory.
Countless times since April of 2005, make sure the vendor is actually Amazon not someone else through their site. Any time there was ever a problem (defective product, wrong size, whatever), Amazon did a top notch job of making it right. Great company to purchase from.
I just hope they keep up the high standard of service I have seen so far.
No complaints from me what so ever!
Never heard a legit complaint about amazon that didn't involve a 3rd party seller
I'm a prime member free 2 day shipping, 3.99$ overnight and free streaming movies and music all for 80$ a year.
Seems like I always have an order to buy something from Amazon.
Costs less - they deliver it to my door - what's not to like.
I wish they sold ammo & guns!
Only had one problem - it was a 3RD party seller. It was a lithium ion battery - retail they sell for $50 - it was on Amazon for $35 - listed as NEW IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING - it was not just used but beat to hell and would not hold a charge.
I got a full refund - they even sent a prepaid tag to ship the battery back.
BTW - I noticed - If I do a search and find what I want - say it is $45 - free shipping - then do a second search for the same item - I get different results - and a few times the item is being sold by someone else for less.
I DO NOT KNOW - but will guess - some sellers pay extra to be listed on the first search - or maybe high volume sellers get listed on the first search.
Have ordered from Amazon for years and will continue to even after they start charging sales tax. Some items are still considerably cheaper than a brick and mortar store after tax. After my free Prime expired I've been a paying Prime customer cause I order so much from them.
I probably order from them 50-60 times a year, never had a problem.
I have purchased from them also. No complaints. I have no reservations about buying again.
Never a problem. My sister works for them as one of their senior HR managers.
I buy just about everything from Amazon. Books, computer parts, bathroom fixtures, heck sometimes even food when the price is right.
Its about the only place I shop anymore. Even big stuff. I just ordered two garage door openers earlier today and they'll be here tomorrow with free shipping.
I've also bought motorcycle tires, a Schwinn Aerodyne, Toto toilets, bathroom vanity, entertainment center, and other items you wouldn't think of as "mail order" from them. If they aren't the cheapest (they usually are, especially when you consider shipping) on a particular item, their customer service and sterling reputation still make them a smart choice in my book.
Love the product reviews when trying to decide on a purchase. Even boring day to day stuff is worth buying from them considering its delivered free to my door in two days (sometimes less). Saves me the unpleasantness that is Walmart.
Yeah, you could say I'm a fan.
I've purchased just about everything you can imagine from there... Books, Diapers, Electronics, MP3s... Not one problem in the five or six years since I have been using them.
Go for it.
