I bought a well-used 24' 1980 Play-Mor camper trailer a couple of years ago for dirt cheap from a friend. I've sinced done lots of work and upgrades to it, but have no idea how much to ask for it.
I've got about $800 into it. I replaced part of the floor, installed huge new propane tanks and lines, new tires, re-sealed the roof, new carpet, new paint, new heavy duty RV battery, new copper water lines, new water fill valve, etc.
The fridge just went out on me last month, but I think its just a switch problem. I will be taking into the shop next week to get it repaired.
I was hoping to get around $1500 for it since it looks nice and has lots of room. I was told by an RV dealership that in nice condition, it's worth around $2500. But, it still has a few little things that need work.
Whats the best way to advertise for something like that?
