Preferably military, Or decent tasteing civilian ones? Thanks.

They don't have MREs, I think. But they do have some other emergency water/food options.
They DO have Mountain House stuff:
all the MRE you want for free
I would stick with civilian brands of MRE, highlighted on this site
Military MRE cannot be sold directly to the public. If you see military MRE for sale in gun stores, gun shows, etc, they are proably from a disaster like Katrina, which means they may not be good. MRE have a 5 year shelf life in room temps. A Katrina MRE is coming up on 5 years and probably sat in storage in a hot garage or warehouse most of the time.
Someone has to put it out there, because this is GT:
There is a LOT of preparedness info in this manual:
They have sections on food and MREs. MRE section starts on page 73. Recommend everyone interested in preparing for disaster at least bookmark it. It can even be downloaded.
Your name is "scatman".
Adn we are taking his advice on where to find FOOD
Actually, there must be at least eleven others.
I just noticed.
Black market $30 for a case.
Most guys I know just acquire theirs from work... I'm a marine btw.
If you ever made it down towards Rolla, MO, there's a surplus store in Doolittle that sells them for $6 each.
