    Ok I will.

I took the recommended dosage today and worked my shoulders.
Also took creatine, Whey protien and DHEA.

    All recommended in WEIDERS book.
    Military Press
    Upright rows
    Shrugs
    Behind the back shrugs.

For some odd reason the 1st set of 12 reps of 155 lbs was somewhat hard. But the following 3 sets adding 10lbs each set a toatl of 185 lbs (thats all the weight I have)over my head 12 reps each set. Was pretty dang impressive to me. I felt like that I could push more. So yeah. I think that it was worth $4. I will admit that I got a bit dizzy to begin with but it went away shortly after.

I cant wait for bench day monday.

    ps
My MAX Military press was 185 3 reps.

the only thing NO2 does is creates extra pump in the muscles.
    you won't bench more.
    you won't recover faster.
you won't get huge muscles faster.

if you like cosmetics, then NO2 is perfect.

if you like real results...quit wasting your time with it.

As long as it's not soy, protein powder is protein powder, for the most part. It is true that whey digests a lot faster. Get the cheapest stuff you can find that tastes good. I like the Pro Rated powder at Costco. Creatine is good, too, but make sure you drink plenty of water.

DHEA is so 1995. It has no anabolic properties, but your titties might grow. Don't bother reading any advice from Joe Weider. He is in the business of publishing whatever sells to maximize his profit, not in giving good training advice.

You would be far better off reading "Keys to Progress" by McCallum, although the volume of the recommended workouts needs to adjusted down a bit. It has real-world proven training advice, not whatever the editor decided to say Mr. Wonderful who is juiced to the gills does this month so that the magazine sells.

185# for 12 reps. It must have been all in my head then. HUH? Something works.

    ps
For some unknown reason. I feel that someone here has multiple personalities (spell check) and like talking to themselves.

pss The book Joe Weider 1989 Recopy and updated 2002.

Have workouts really changed that much? The only thing that I have noticed are some of the names of the exercise have changed and the new guys add more sets and machines. duh huh.

That's right Bro. That dude obviously has multiple poster disorder. After all, how may people that are REALLY into strength, fitness and physique, like we are, would actually think Joe Weider was anything but the REAL DEAL. Also, he/they gave himself/themself away when he/they couldn't come up with any other word for Weiders magazine other than "glossy". In two different threads he/they used that stupid word. No one with legit knowledge would call those info packed mags "glossy". It's transparent, and you rock for calling it Mossy. That dude is a phony with little knowledge about the manly way to train. WTF is Calvert, Paschall, Hoffman anyhow? You never hear Arnold talking about them.

    Your Broseph in buffitude,
    Glack

Come on guys. This is the H&F forum, not GNG, so we should be able to disagree without resorting to personal attacks.

Just curious. Does NoExplode give you a headache or make you dizzy?

What kind of difference do you notice? Strength?
