It's all the burn of Coke without the sugar. Sometimes for a change I'll switch to Club Soda for a week or two.

Publix has 2-liters for 69 cents most of the time. Chill 'em down to near freezing and they great!

I prefer it to plain water if available.

Please, sir, among the gentry, we prefer to call it "water with gas." :wavey:

Dude... I've been laying off of beer for the last year or two. So club soda has all the burn of beer, but doesn't have the calories or the DUI factor.

Sure, I still drink beer every now and again, but it gives me a good alternative.

I like it, close to room temperature. It's more fizzy that way.

I love a bracing, cold glass of seltzer water. Nothing more refreshing. Seltzer water should hurt.

BTW, is there a difference between seltzer water and club soda? I have a bottle of each in the refrigerator and I don't know what makes them different besides the fact that club soda has more sodium. :dunno:

I love seltzer water. I take a liter to work with me every day. It starts out slushy-cold and is room temp by the time I finish the bottle.

I Buy the Vintage Seltzer water in the twelve pack, and drink it everyday with lunch. The Raspberry and orange are the best.

I drink it all the time...at home and out dining. It's pretty much my only water intake.

If you like seltzer, get a sodastream. Best kitchen-type gadget I've bought in a long time.

I'm pretty sure it is good for the body also; rejuvinates your electrolites. Sodium bicarbonate is used to treat heart attack victims.
Not quite the same, but good none the less.

Just the sodium content. Club soda is basically like eating a box of salt.

Not really. One 12 oz can has about 1% of daily allowance. So if you drink a ton it... problem. But that takes A LOT of cans to get there. For a guy like me who doesn't take in a lot of sodium, it's pretty nice.

Yes really. Seltzer has the 1% daily allowance. Club soda is much higher.

Kroger sells some stuff they call "Sparkling Water"... it is good stuff too! Nice and fizzy :)

I went and looked at the nutrition label, it says it has 10mg of sodium per serving, 0% of daily allowance. 8 servings per 2 liter bottle... it comes in cans too.

Plain unflavored seltzer water, I drink it every day.
