I hope more people competed later in the day because attendance was very light when I shot. I arrived a half-hour after the doors opened and was able to register and shoot after a short wait. I've shot at New Albany and although they have a nicer facility, they are also a lot more crowded. The time I "just showed up" I had a long wait until my time to shoot. Now I pay and sign up before the match. At Target World they ran the match "by the book" as far as the course of fire and scoring is concerned. Target World has a 25-yard range so they can go the full 75 feet whereas New Albany uses their pistol range, which is only 50' deep. Also New Albany uses their own method of scoring which results in higher scores.
