Take however many patotoes as you want, coat them in some kind of oil,(peanut is the best) then put your oven at 415' and let them sit for an hour. Then take them out and let everybody season and top to taste. I usually drowned mine in butter then ad a big heap of TaterTopper(stuff in grean container in the dairy products at cub) and lots of salt and pepper. Its the best tater recipe ive ever had, and its the simplist too!! The oil gives them a crispe skin thats really tasty!! Does anyone else have good tater recipes?
