Went back to what I call Bumblebee Mine, since it's on the way to Bumblebee, Arizona.

The leveling for a now-long-abandoned mine created the bank on the right...

Here's a little bit of the mine's 'parking lot'. The Bradshaw Mountains are on the left.

Part of this road I drove for the first time, in my new/old Escape.

Demolished another several-dozen of those pesky plastic jugs!

Neat! I would love to get out west again. I spent a year in Mesa almost 27 years ago (amazing how time flies!!) when I was in the Air Force. Should just be getting a nice time of year there. The temp is supposed to get down in the 30's here tonight.
I really want to get out soon with my G31. I'm sure some of those western water jugs have migrated east... like the coyotes!!

Beautiful scenery - much better than mine this afternoon. Alas, I only introduced a couple Zombies to 357 Sig. They didn't live to tell about it :)

It looks like a great place to defend the world from the invading water jugs. I have found that a really thin jacketed, deep cavity JHP in 357 sig puts those deadly water jugs down quickly and explosively!

Really, a nice place to shoot by yourself or a friend or two is soooo much better than a range, IMHO.

Yup; I use a Montana Gold 125HP (on the left)...

...at about 1300FPS. When I hit the jugs, which is most of the time, the results are spectacular.

I like to use WWB 125gr JHP out of my G24 with the 357 barrel. The water jugs and bullets both explode on contact.

Too bad WWB JHPs in 357 sig are so expensive. Probably not the best for SD, but great for destroying invading water jugs.

If I didn't reload, I couldn't shoot nearly as much.
