They are really cranking them out this week. Hats off to the GSSF folks.

Hey I just reviewed the Anderson Prelims and I see where our good friend Bobby Carver has a Clean Match in U/L and a score of 39.24. WOW now that is really cooking. Way to go Bobby.

Is that the first sub 40 sec score on the traditional layout? In any case, Great Shooting Bobby!!!

Yep, as near as I can research this is the 1st sub 40 on the old traditional layout. This makes it even more impressive.

    Bobby... my, my. :faint:

There are some impressive times there by several people; I see that Dan and Jerry and Ed didn't have their shoes buried in the mud either.

    Good stuff guys!

That's some mighty fine shooting to break 40 and I hope to see you all in Milwaukee. I did notice in the Hall of FAme that Danny has put together that Grady Whitelaw had a 38.70 at Anderson in 2006 and Dale Rhea did a 38.80 at Richmond, CA in 2006 which are the only other sub 40 seconds I saw. They were shot in U/L. This is fast shooting, so fast my head would spin!

Congratulations Bobby!! Great shooting. I know it is a relief to get that sub 40 run. Looking forward to Waldorf. Hope to see you there.

Thanks for your kind words!!:wavey: :wavey:

I guess that the old saying is true for me, "a blind squirrel can find a nut every now and then" It was just my day. I'm betting that many of you will beat my score soon.

Having the support from fellow shooters and teammates makes shooting competitively rewarding.

    Thanks to all,
    Bobby Carver
