Relative of mine in AK is getting his dad's guns/ammo. My wife brought up taking ammo thru Canada.
I do know its not worth the bother to bring long arms/pistols. (IIRC a 30 30, pair of 308 bolt, 357mag and .22 pistols, couple shotguns...) So either fly with them, ship them to himself.
There is more ammo then flying with, cost to ship ammo.... It appears he might be taking a pickup back so it could be hauled. My question is. What does a person have to do to haul (mainly) long gun ammo thru Canada?

    There is not much .357mag ammo (maybe 140 rds) but the 308, 30 30, 12 guage, 8mm....
