I have seen this before, not too long ago. Her talent is simply astounding. She didn't WIN a prize: she EARNED it!
That is really incredible. Her wiki said when she won, she'd only been doing sand drawings for about a year. To bad there's no way for her to frame her work and sell it(at least that I know of)... She'd probably be a millionaire. IGF
Framing it shouldn't be too bad. Some sort of adhesive on clear plastic and lower it carefully down on top. Or maybe lightly mist it with a clear adhesive until you have enough built up to encapsulate it. But It wouldn't capture what I think is the most amazing part, how she transitions from one picture to the next.
