Everytime I feel up my gas tank, I think "there goes another box of ammo" Most people think of other things, but the only thing that makes me sad when spending money on gas is the money being spend that I could have used towards my umm hobby (dare I call it that)

We buy much more oil from Canada than we do from the Middle East.

When filling my diesel truck, I always think about how all the arab countries were a bunch of sandy groups of idiots running around cutting each other's heads off in the desert a hundred years ago before they found oil there. Then I "wonder" what they'll be doing in a few decades when the oil runs out..

    Hmmm.... I wonder....

Given what I spend to put gas in my car, the gas tank should be feeling ME up! "Sixty Dollars?!?!?!?!"

When I fill up my tank and I look at the $40+ price I think back to when I was a teenager and it used to cost $5 or $6 to fill up. I also remember having to buy what was called "white gas" for our boat motor, it was unleaded gas and was cheaper because they didn't have to add in the lead. How did that get turned around, why is unleaded now more expensive? Wouldn't it be cheaper leaving something out? Oh well, when has common sense ever made sense anyway!

No, because we are spending everything on the American made in China products anyway.

I have been pretty lonely, but I don't think I would feel up a gas tank.
