Today was the first day of going green. Fifteen men waiting outside the Barber shop 45 minutes prior to opening. Breakfast at the local place was great. Ten men waiting at the Barber shop 45 minutes after opening time. I'll wait until late next week for my haircut. tom. :fred:

Today is the day for Lancaster County. It's not like we haven't been out and about anyway, but I'm happy to see a few more places open up. I'm hearing I may need to go back to the office July 13th. Gas has slowly creeped back up 50 cents as more people have gotten back to life. I have no idea what school will look like at the end of August.

Lebanon Co is the only county that defied the Governor's fiats and is the only remaining county in yellow...hmmm.

Allegheny County reports 90 new COVID cases on Saturday

    https://www.publicsource.org/important-info-on-coronavirus-preparation-in-allegheny-county/

Allegheny County reported 90 new COVID-19 cases Saturday, its largest single-day increase since the county started reporting the coronavirus case count in March. The county reported zero new deaths and two new hospitalization Saturday. The county now reports a total of 2,472 cases, 186 deaths and 381 past and present hospitalizations.

On Friday afternoon, in a statement the county health department said the 244 new cases reported this week were “overwhelmingly among younger people who were traveling, visiting bars and restaurants, and out in the community.”

The median age of the cases, as of Friday, was 31, and two-thirds of them were among those aged 19-49. Of the people who tested positive this week, a number of them reported going to bars and restaurants recently. Fifteen bars and restaurants were associated with new cases in interviews by the Department of Health, and five were reported multiple times.

I noticed traffic was significantly lighter while riding my bike last evening, like everybody stayed home.

They may have. I didn't see the results of the booze protests except a short video on channel 2 news of a protest by bar owners and a few patrons at a bar in McKeesport.. tom.

They just announced the closure of Bars and Restaurants to dining in for one week. Take out and delivery will be permitted. I guess we tailgate breakfast tomorrow and two times next week. Bastages. tom. :steamed:
