caused me to head to my local GS today and put one on layaway. Dang you people and your G45 hype!
Picked one with regular sights so I could upgrade to some good nights sights. What have other G45 owners put on theirs?

Good choice! The only change I made was to add a Glock front night sight. GTG.

3 days ago i traded my 19-5, bought it early on and it had cut out, it was annoying. Lived with it for year and a half, traded it for g45 and had shop put truglo tfo on it. Had tfos on other guns, they work great day and night for my older eyes. Love bigger grip, enjoy getting a handful of grip, hopefully this week out to range. Good luck.

Congratulations. I don't own and haven't even shot a 45, but, it does feel just right when you hold it. I'm afraid if I shoot it, I will be purchasing my 3rd Glock in the last 4 weeks.

I have an issued G45 and a personal one. Both with the Ameriglo sights. Absolutely love them.

I like Trijicon HD XR night sights. Have them on two of my Glocks and I have a set on the way to me.

Ameriglo 103s - a Hackathorn rear sight and a red fiber front sight works well.

I don’t have my G45s in yet, but I used my last two GSSF prize certificates and selected G45s.
One will get Dawson adjustable sights with plain rear and fiber optic front and the other a set of Ameriglo I DOTs.

I couldn’t wait to get one a year ago, got it, shot it, put Glock night sights on it, and have since put it in the safe, as my 3rd gen Department issued G-22, just seems to do it all, (IMHO).
Great GLOCK, the G-45, I just seem to go with what I know.
