Sorry, I know anyone clicking on this thread will be hoping to see a pic or vid of me destroying my poor watch with a 5.56 round. No, what I'm referring to is the battery life. Aimpoint says its circuitry can get the battery life up to 80,000 hours or something? Big deal. I have an old Casio G-Shock that is still going on the original battery from 1987. By my calculations, that is 201,480 hours and running. I sent Casio's website some pics to prove it, and I got an email back from someone who says theirs has been working since 1985. Sounds trivial I know, but if you think about it, it's almost unbelievable. I took this pic 3 months ago. Watch is still going with the correct date. The time is 2 hours off.
